Waterside Pilates Class Schedule
All of our classes at Waterside Pilates combine a variety of Pilates exercises to give you a full-body workout. Each session includes movements designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone your body while improving flexibility, balance, and posture.
Expect a supportive, welcoming environment where you can move at your own pace while building core strength and stability through controlled, low-impact exercises. No two classes are exactly the same, keeping things fresh, engaging, and suitable for all fitness levels; whether you’re new to Pilates or a regular.
Our goal is to help you feel stronger, more connected to your body, and leave each class feeling refreshed, energised, and proud of what you’ve achieved.
