My name is Jess and I am the owner of Waterside Pilates.
I have been teaching Pilates for over a decade and have helped hundreds of people on their fitness journey.
At the Waterside studio you will find 10 luxurious Reformer beds, a community of wonderful people and one of the most fantastic instructors in the business.
I love providing an environment that is welcoming and comfortable where clients can simply focus on themselves.
Some other services I provide here at Waterside Pilates is a lovely Infared Sauna and crystal singing bowls which adds the ultimate relaxation technique after a Pilates class.
