Hey, I'm Jess!

I’ve been teaching Pilates for over 12 years and have helped thousands of people discover just how good movement can make you feel. My love for Pilates started over 15 years ago when I experienced its benefits firsthand. After dealing with scoliosis, back pain, and core and pelvic floor damage after having my first child, Pilates helped me rebuild my strength, confidence, and well-being. That experience is what inspired me to create Waterside Pilates; a place where people feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely excited to come to class. We’re not a big gym, and we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Our studio is full of wonderful people of all ages and fitness levels, and we love creating a fun, supportive community both in and out of the studio. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or have been doing it for years, I’m here to support you on your journey.
